The Reason I Quit My Job
A year ago I packed it all in at my job. With no way to progress further, I needed a change.
- I believe that the ability to look after and provide for your family is a privilege
- If you have the opportunity and means to go out into the world and make something better of yourself as a means of looking after your family, you have a moral obligation to do it.
In the words of Uncle Ben:
“You’re a lot like your father. You really are, Peter, and that’s a good thing. But your father lived by a philosophy, a principle really. He believed that…that if you could do good things for other people, you had a moral obligation to do those things. That’s what at stake here. Not a choice, responsibility.”
